Terms of Service
This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on Equiration’s website and our mobile application.
Information we collect
Equiration does not automatically collect any device or user information. We do however collect information such as device manufacturer, device operating system version and optionally your email address when sending feedback, reporting an issue or asking a question directly via the integrated mobile application form. When calculating your horse’s maintenance needs, the calculation result is sent to our database in order to improve our feed intake optimizer.
Once your request has been answered the request information is anonymized and your email address erased.
All the information which is entered into the app is stored locally on the device so that you’re always able access it. We never upload anything to the cloud without your consent.
No personal data is used to target Equiration’s ads. Each ad collects, and shares with its advertiser, only three numbers: total views, total taps, and total subscriptions from the ad.
We use the information we receive to operate and improve our website and mobile application.
We do not share personal information with outside parties.
In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the app and website requires HTTPS with certificate pinning.
Accessing, changing, or deleting information
Equiration may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, data loss, or any other reason.
International Transfers of Information
Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
